Terms of Service | SyntraxSec

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SyntraxSec at app.syntrax.co.tz, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

SyntraxSec is a cybersecurity training platform operated by Syntrax Technologies. It provides hands-on labs, CTF events, learning paths, progress tracking, and related educational content for authorized users.

3. Account requirements

You must provide accurate registration information, verify your email address, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

SyntraxSec labs and challenges are for authorized learning only. You must not use platform access to attack systems outside the scope of an assigned lab, share flags or solutions in ways that undermine fair competition, attempt to bypass platform security, scrape or resell content, or harass other users.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid tiers, where offered, are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next billing cycle.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content, branding, lab materials, and software remain the property of Syntrax Technologies or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal or authorized organizational training.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a security risk, or abuse platform resources. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Disclaimer and liability

SyntraxSec is provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. Syntrax Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, except as required by applicable law.
